He is having 16 years of rich experience in handling the labour laws, its compliances, licensing & registration (Regulatory approvals) from different departments on PAN India. He is having rich experience in the field of handling the Secretarial, Merger and Acquisition, Factory setup, foreign Company office setup in India, Factory Audit, Secretarial Audit, legal, Cyber law, Regulatory issues, Compliance services, Labour Laws, Commercial Laws and the applicability of various acts and laws both in the central and state apart from rendering the Corporate Advisory and legal services.

Arun Gupta was a member of Management Committee of Gurgaon Chapter of NIRC of ICSI (2015-18). He is a regular speaker in various Training Programmes organized by ICSI since 2011.

Is having a rich and varied experience of Corporate functioning and management of over 39 years. He is a commerce graduate with an honours degree from Delhi University and a Post Graduate Diploma holder in Intellectual Property Rights Laws from Indian Law Institute, New Delhi (Deemed University). He is also a Fellow member of The Institute of Company Secretaries of India, a Fellow member of Indian Council of Arbitration, a Life member of All India Management Association and an Associate member of The Indian Society of International Law, New Delhi. He is also empanelled as an Arbitrator for life with the Fast Track Court of Arbitration of Indian Council of Arbitration.

• SP Singh is a Law Graduate from Bharati Vidyapeeth University (BVP), Pune and is a practicing advocate in Delhi and registered with Delhi High Court Bar Association since 2012. He has done LL.M (Corporate Law Specialisation) from National Law University, Delhi.
• SP Singh is dealing in all kind of corporate law litigation matters inter-alia corporate restructuring, IBC matters and restoration along with advisory on corporate law matters, transactional matters and other matters related to civil litigation.

Keerti Sharrma, M.A, Masters in Numerology, Vasstu Expert, Admin and HR Expert

Is a Graduate with the Degree of Masters from Delhi University. She had vast experience in Admin and HR in many industries for a decade around. During her working in Industries, she observed about the working behavior of employees and factors affecting their working and generated curiosity for occult sciences and which made it possible for her to meet many noble occult masters across the globe.
